15/7/08: LENNY SAYS GOODBYE TO ITALY: 2 BIG ROCK CONCERTS IN PISTOIA AND MILAN

The rocker, the bluesman, the singer of sentimental pop ballads, the stage animal who knows how to connect with his audience and the great guitarist who indulges in solos: he presented all his many faces Lenny Kravitz during the two concerts staged first at Pistoia Blues and thus to theMilan Civic Arenaas part of the Milano Jazzin' Festival.
The New York singer, who has released eight albums in his career, sold 34 million records and conquered the most beautiful women in the world, from Nicole Kidman to Vanessa Paradis, gave a performance made up of a continuous dialogue with the audience and ranged from songs from his first album 'Let love rule' of 1989 up to pieces from the latest disc 'It is time for a love revolution', such as 'I'll be waiting' now a hit.
'It's a joy to be back here in this beautiful city,' Kravitz shouted to his fans (lots of girls), before letting loose with the energy of 'Are you gonna go my way', a 1993 track that has rightfully entered the history of rock music. On stage for the last leg of his Italian mini-tour, after Pistoia, was Lenny Kravitz, but all his putative fathers, those who marked his music, from Jimy Hendrix to John Lennon to Miles Davis, also seemed to be there.
The setlist for the Love Revolution Tour:
