With the Milan and Rome dates already sold out, the PRODIGY confirm themselves as leaders of the alternative dance scene in Italy and reaffirm that they are the dirty, rough face of electronic music. The line-up of Liam Howlett, Keith Flint and Maxim, recently concluded a tightly packed UK tour, to continue on the other side of the world with dates in Australia and New Zealand . "Invader Must Die Tour"will tour Italy with six dates: From 22 to 28 April, PRODIGY will put the whole Peninsula to the sword, starting in Milan and ending in Acireale. The other stages will be in Mantua, Rimini, Rome and Andria.
Their latest album 'Invaders must die' has been a huge success in the UK, confirming them as one of the most enthralling acts from England. Their live shows are a frontal sonic assault and feature a handful of songs that have become true gems of the electronic scene, from 'Firestarter' a 'Smack my bitch up' via 'Voodoo People' e 'Breathe'. With five albums released since 1992, PRODIGY have sold around 16 million copies and their third studio release 'The Fat of the Land' is one of the most successful dance albums in music history.
Special tour guests the Brighton-based electro-rock collective SOUTH CENTRAL and, for the Italian dates, ANDRO Dj Set (project behind the console of Andrea Mariano, keyboardist of Negramaro), already known and respected throughout the Peninsula.
