Long sold out for the darkest weekend of the year. It starts Friday 29 in Rome with the first of two dates of the THE CURE: the band of Robert Smith,Simon Gallup, Porl Thompson and Jason Cooper returns to Italy with a three-hour show in which she will alternate between the classics that have made her a rock legend as well as some tracks from the forthcoming studio-album.
The "4tour2008"which started on 9 February from Stockholm, has so far offered different setlists each night, with a selection of historical pieces from the darker Cure era - they appear with considerable frequency in the encores A Forest o Killing An Arab - and the songs that made them known to the general public in the 1990s and 2000s, such as Lullaby, Just Like Heaven, The End of the World. Plus the surprise of a few unreleased tracks, which will be part of the next album, still untitled, expected between April and May. The intriguing post-rock of the 65 Days Of Static.
Sunday 2 March in Milana few metres away from the second stage of the THE CURE at the Palasharp, the NIGHTWISH will face their Italian legion on the only date of the European Passion Tour . First time in Italy for new singer Anetteas their seventh and latest album topped the charts across Europe.
Special guests will be the Swedes Pain.
