ADRIANO VITERBINI: FROM BUD SPENCER TO GOOSE BUT ALWAYS A BLUES EXOPLOSION

Thursday 18 April Adriano Viterbini rises on the stage of the Creative Workshops Ansaldo in Milan, the new space managed by Barley Arts in collaboration with the Municipality of Milan, hub of cultural activities and events of all kinds.

The singer of the Bud Spencer Blues Explosion presents his first solo album live. On 22 March, Bomba Dischi released Goldfoilin which Viterbini, after finishing the endless tour with the Bud Spencer Blues Explosion, returns home, to his roots, to the guitar. An instrumental work of American primitivism, or primitive guitar. An intimate, evocative album, with a high emotional content, in which Adriano tells us about his great love for minimal blues, from Ry Cooder to John Fahey via Jack Rose and African music, in the way that is most congenial to him, music.

The album, produced by Adriano Viterbini and Bomba Dischi, was recorded in Rome at Studionero in December 2012 with production by Daniele Gennaretti and consists of 13 tracks, one of which boasts the collaboration of Alessandro Cortini of Nine Inch Nails.

Special guest of the evening, the promising Sicilian singer-songwriter Apparent Void who presents his first live Ep Storytellersoon to be released by Seahorse Recordings (read more: https://vimeo.com/62786519 )
