POLIÇA - Milan | CANCELLED!!!

In compliance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health on COVID-19, the concert of the Poliça scheduled for Sunday 1 March at the Serraglio in Milan è cancelled.

Those who have already bought a ticket for the concert can request a refund in the following ways:

• Tickets purchased at a Ticketone point of sale: reimbursement can be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with pick-up at the venue: reimbursement will be made by crediting the card used for the purchase or other payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier: the customer must send the tickets by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 15 March 2020 (postmark) to TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).

The deadlines for claiming reimbursement are set strictly by 15 March 2020 at the latest.
