We regret to inform you that the concert of Rüfüs Du Sol scheduled for Tuesday 14 July at the GruVillage 105 Music Festival in Grugliasco (TO) è cancelled. Below is the band's statement:

Due to circumstances beyond our control, RÜFÜS DU SOL regrettably will be unable to perform on the scheduled date.

Those who have already bought a ticket for the concert can request a refund in the following ways:

• Tickets purchased at a Ticketone point of sale: reimbursement can be requested at the same point of sale where the purchase was made.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone via the website or call centre with collection at the venue: the refund will be made by re-crediting the card used for the purchase or other payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Tickets purchased on Ticketone (website and call centre) with home delivery by express courier: the customer must send the tickets by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 20 July 2020 (postmark) to TicketOne S.p.A., via Vittor Pisani 19, 20124 Milano (C.A. Electronic Commerce Division).

The deadlines for claiming reimbursement are set strictly by 20 July 2020 at the latest.
