The pre-sale of tickets for the only big concert that Luciano Ligabue will hold in 2005, on 10 September at Campovolo in Reggio Emilia (organised and produced by Barley Arts and Friends & Partners in agreement with Riservarossa) is off to a flying start: today, in just 12 hours (from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm) over 40,000 tickets have been sold!
This extraordinary and striking figure is unprecedented in the history of concerts in Italy and demonstrates how much anticipation there is for Ligabue's return to the live music and recording scene. It should be remembered, in fact, that after the Campovolo event the Emilian rocker will release his seventh album of unreleased songs and also for this reason the wait is spasmodic, according to the bookings that retailers have been receiving for over a month.
As of this morning, more than 3,300 tickets have been sold per hour, on the Internet (www.ticketone.it), at the usual presale outlets and at more than 500 points of sale in the TicketOne, Green Ticket Bolzano, Box Office Toscana, Box Office Verona, Teleart Mestre, Box Office Genova/ Torino/ Roma/ Bari/ Napoli/ Milano, Amit, Unicredit, Box Office Catania and Box Office Cagliari circuits.
The price of the ticket is 30.00 euros + the 15% presale fee. Information and authorised points of sale for tickets for the big concert featuring Ligabue can be found on the event's official website: www.campovolo.com.
The organisers urge the public not to buy tickets at any point other than those indicated on the website and not to pay more than the 15% pre-sale fee unless they are accessing ancillary services such as credit card payment, call centres, home delivery or other.
