MOTORHEAD: THE U.S. TOUR KICKS OFF WITH TWO ELECTRIFYING SHOWS, PENDING THE ITALIAN DATE

Start with a bang for the new U.S. tour of Motörheadwho lived up to their status as undisputed rock'n'roll legends by performing, almost a year after their last live shows, in an electrifying double bill. Lemmy and companions took to the stage for two sold-out concerts, in front of a completely packed crowd, last Friday 11 April at the Club Nokia a Los Angeles and Sunday 13 at Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival.

Over the course of the two evenings, the Motörhead performed a set of 15 songs, tracing the band's entire career from its beginnings to the latest album 'Aftershock". There was no shortage of historical "Ace of Spades" e "Overkill", during which the Motörhead were joined on stage by a special guest: the former Guns'n'Roses Slash.

After putting Los Angeles to the sword and turning the audience of the Coachella with the heaviest riffs of the weekend, the Motörhead will continue to tour the U.S.A. throughout April, performing in Las Vegas and San Francisco among others, before coming to Europe in the summer season.

Inaugurating theeuropean tour will be just the only Italian date, scheduled for 24 June in Milan at the Ippodromo del Galoppo, within the framework of the City Sound.
